Two unique custom designed and constructed townhouses with basement construction and pool. The challenges we overcame included having different specifications for each townhouse, COVID restrictions and staged permits.
Features include custom steel work fireplaces and shelves with granite and porcelain stone, in-ground pool with outdoor BBQ entertaining with block filled planters, oak flooring, light voids and custom joinery.
