Nic Owen Architects designed, this Inner city suburban Extension and Renovation was for a for a young family of 4. The extension included a multi use upstairs retreat, and first floor bedroom. Challenges we overcame included inner city logistics and restricted access to the property.
Features include an outdoor deck connected to a bicycle shed with access to ROW. Plus, recycled brick boundary walls, unequal pitched roof with custom gutter details. Integrated appliances, rebated custom wardrobe doors, polished concrete floor, charred cladding custom internal doors.
